Do you have a minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity, but please note that the more you order, the lower the cost will be.
How long will my order take?
If your order is plain stock, it will be dispatched within 3-5 days. Branded clothing will be dispatched within 7-10 days, and you will be kept up to date with emails throughout the process.
Do you offer an express service?
We offer a 5 working day service for your branded clothing that will incur an express fee. Please get in touch with the team on 01793 521500 so we can confirm that we can meet your deadline before we take your order.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is by courier and is fully tracked. If you order is less that £250, there is a flat fee of £7.95 per order. If your order is over £250, delivery is free of charge.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We currently only deliver to mainland UK.
We do not deliver to Ireland or Europe.
What format does my logo need to be in?
Please see our branding guidance [here]. If you do not have the right format, please don’t worry. We can still help you, just give us a call on 01793 521500.
Do you offer a sample before I place an order?
Yes, please get in touch if you’d like to order a sample. These will be chargeable, but can be used as part of your order if you return it to us.
Do I see a visual before you process my order?
Yes. In fact we won’t process your order without your written approval, even if we have worked with you before. This is to protect both of us from any surprises.
Do you offer a stitch out for embroidery?
Yes, we can do an embroidery stitch out sample as standard on all new embroidery that you must approve before we proceed to production.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order by American Express, Visa or Mastercard.
If you are an account customer, we will invoice you on 30 day terms.
Can I set up an account?
Yes you can, providing you pass a credit check and meet our minimum spend criteria. Please give us a call on 01793 521500 and request an account application form.
Can I speak to someone instead of ordering online?
Yes! In fact, we prefer to work that way. We will happily discuss all of your requirements and advise you on the best solutions, just give us a call or drop us an email.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not currently offer an exchange service.
Can I return my order for a refund?
